2016 Year in Scope
It's been a little over a year since our last update on Justin's journey! Here's what he's been up to over the course of the last 12 months: "Yogathon" at Pima Community College Justin presented on his personal TBI recovery, the benefits of adaptive yoga and co-taught a yoga class with Session Yoga instructor, Staci Martin! Yoga Teacher Training Justin completed yoga teacher training over summer at Session Yoga Studio in Tucson, and is now a RYT 200 hour certified yoga instructor in Baptiste Power Yoga and registered with Yoga Alliance as a Registered Yoga Instructor! Rio de Janeiro, Brazil Justin visited his sister, Shannon, while she completed a Fulbright scholarship in Brazil for 9 months and attended the 2016 Summer Olympic Games!
